Cable Modem CM500V needs to be restarted daily to maintain download speed

Cable Modem CM500V needs to be restarted daily to maintain download speed
My contracted download speed with Xfinity is 325 MBsec but I often find downloads are running around 10 mb/sec. My way to fix the porblem is by unplugging the power on my CM500V modem, waiting 10 seconds and then plugging the power back in. That fixes the problem. Do I have a faulty modem or some other problem?

Log into the cm500v and get a screen snip of the cable connection page and your logs.
Post those back here. Also, if you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in line, remove them.
What router are you connecting it to?
What speeds do you actually get hardwired into the modem?
And hardwired into the router?

What is the Mfr and model# of your external router that you have connected to the CM series modem?
