Lost of WiFi SSID after reboot
Upon reboot, my CAX30 is losing its WiFi SSID configuration (where I've replaced the factory default WiFi SSIDs with my own). Post reboot the LAN IP/range is the same, but WiFI SSIDs have set themselves back to factory state.
Versions are below.
Hardware Version | V1.01 |
Firmware Version | V1.4.10.8 |
Cable Firmware Version | V1.04.05 |
Other than factory resetting and hoping for the best, any other ideas? Thanks!

Re: Lost of WiFi SSID after reboot
I would try reinstalling the firmware to it. Maybe somethings corrupt in the firmware.
Did this just start or has it been going on since you bought it?
Is it a new purchase?

Re: Lost of WiFi SSID after reboot
Thanks for the idea!
It's a recent new issue. I've had the device for nearly a year, but just in the last couple of weeks this behavior has cropped up. Prior reboots wouldn't lose SSID configuration.

Re: Lost of WiFi SSID after reboot
If the reinstall doesn't help, you could try downgrading the firmware a version.
Maybe something in the latest update is causing issues.
You could also try a factory reset after reinstalling the firmware. Maybe something in the settings is actually corrupt causing it. And the firmware reinstall would only fix a corrupt firmware issue
