Model C3700 security key needed to set-up internet connection

My new HP laptop is asking for a Security Key to connect to internet. How can I get one?

security pin or wifi password? 
2 different things. 

not sure what its asking for but heres the instructions how to get the wps pin

If its just asking for your ssid password, that'd be whatever you setup.
