Be sure to ask your ISP what IS and IS not supported on there network.
Most WiFi routers support wifi voice phone services. If you have actual land line phone service with your ISP then you'll need a modem that support and line phone service, I believe the CM500v, CM1150v and C7100v support actual phone line services.
