NO RANGING RESPONSE, DoS attack, C7000v2 on spectrum

Ok so I have few problems.
1. I keep getting this message from my event logs.
| No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM- MAC=94:a6:7e:20:14:14;CMTS-MAC=00:17:10:88:25:62;CM-QOS=1.0;CM-VER=3.0;

SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing;;CM-MAC=94:a6:7e:20:14:14;CMTS-MAC=00:00:00:00:00:00;CM-QOS=1.0;CM-VER=3.0;|

Over and over I have rebooted several times, and have factory reset several times same thing.

2. I’ve been getting this message from my regular logs.
| [DoS attack: TCP- or UDP-based Port Scan] from 209.18.47.62, port 53

Re: NO RANGING RESPONSE, DoS attack, C7000v2 on spectrum

Tends to be line issue.

Got a screen snip of the full logs and the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream values and errors)

Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.
