Netgear C7000v2 - Xfinity is blaming my router
Dear Community
I have had major issues with internet dropouts on Xfinity and I use the above router modem through WiFi
Had dozens of their tech people etc on site cabling and every other thing they can do. They are saying it is this router modem which is one year old and I do not know how to argue against them. I am almost positive this is a problem with their system down the line
1. Are there any known issues with this router version or software updates
2. What is the maximum number of devices that the router-modem can handle

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
