Netgear Nighthawk modem/router combo (c7000 v2) Displays all devices as “n/a” in device manager. My devices are iPhone 13 Pro, Nvdia Shield, iPad Pro, etc. none of them display as anything other than “n/a”

Be sure any MAC Address randomizers are disabled on mobile devices while at home:
