Netgear and ISP can’t upgrade firmware for AC 1750 Model C6300V2
I’ve tried updating firmware manually through Netgears Genie and Nighthawk apps along with logging to a computer and doing it manually through my web browser at routerlogin.net. I’ve tried calling my ISP to have them try and update it and I’ve tried calling Netgear so they could do it. They refused and said it was the ISP’s responsibility. No clue what to do now.

All C series modems have to be updated by the ISP. NG gives the ISPs FW versions for them to test and make sure it works on there networks, then send out to users modems. Some ISP don't support FW updates on user owned modems. It's all up to ISPs to support or not.
Are you having a problems with the modem? If so, please post details.
