Network disappeared

Like FURRYe38 says, what actual model device/devices do you have?
thats kind of key.
Do wired devices work?
is it just wireless devices that can't connect?
Did the wifi on/off button get hit? push and hold it for 2 seconds.
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.

that model has a hardware on/off button for the led. the manual shows it.
Even a factory reset won't work if the hardware button was hit. You need to push and hold it for 2 seconds
- Retired_MemberDec 21, 2021Did you ever fix this? I have the same model and the same problem, just spent the last 2 hours on the phone with Xfinity and they don't know what the issue is. Netgear wants me to pay like 89.99 for a warranty just to try and fix it.
