Nighthawk AX6000 Not working

Nighthawk AX8 AX6000

Model #: CAX80

 

I have noticed my nighthawk is not online. The power button is solid white, but none of my other icons green.  I have tried a hard reset, but nothing has happened. The router is over a year old, so the manufacturer warranty has expired. Has anyone experienced this issue? I have Xfinity and they are not reporting in outages in my area.

Are you able to log into the device?

If so, do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page, event logs?

that helps check the connection. The CAX80 has a reboot cycle that will run if its not detecting a cable connection.

No I am not able to login on the app. However, my cable is working fine.

Not using the app. But using a web browser to access its IP address

Does your connection work? You're just not able to connect to login?

No, the connection does not work. Even Comcast cannot connect to the router. It is reading offline on their end.  As you can see from the picture, only the power button is indicating on as solid whiteNothingNothing

disconnect the coax from it and try a reset with coax disconnected. push and hold reset for up to 30 seconds while powered on. 

Do the led's change at all when you're trying it? 

It should boot loop without a cable connected. Trying to see if its failing in its detection

Doesn't work. I have been doing that several times. It has not booted up. The LED's will not light up, power button doesn't change colors to confirm a factory reset

with old modem/router combo device, you couldn't use tftp or nmrpflash. I'm really not sure if the CAX series can or not because they do have firmware on them that is users changeable. You can try using one of those methods. If its all ready bricked, not much worse you can make it.
