Can you access it by hardwiring a pc/laptop into it?
Try its default ip address of 192.168.100.1

Tried disconnecting the coax, powering it down for a few minutes, then reconnecting the coax and booting it back up?

To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
