No internet connection with CAX30 from 2/21/23

No internet connection with CAX30 from 2/21/23
I see SSID but the Internet connection has been lost since 1:40 AM PST.
I tried many power resets, factory resets, and disabling the traffic meter but nothing worked.
I talked to someone this morning and this is an ongoing issue between CAX30 and any ISP.
I was also told by Netgear that it will be fixed by this afternoon but there was no update yet.
Someone said it might be tomorrow.
What is Netgear's plan to resolve this issue?
If I can see what is going on, that will help my decision to get another device quickly or wait...

I had traffic meter disabled before issue happened.
