October 4th my device completely stopped working
I believe I am having the same issue. October 4th my device completely stopped working - no wifi broadcast, no port connections detected, no internet received. I called Comcast, things looked okay on their end and stated my device was turned off. The only LED on my device that stays lit is the power (the 4 ports light up after unplugging & replugging the router, only to not detect anything after). The reset button does not seem to do anything. I left the device unplugged from the 4th until today but the behavior is the same. I cannot seem to find a way into the router login at all to even see the version its on.
I purchased this in April, I still haven't finished the payments on it and it seems to be completely bricked. I cannot return it to BestBuy, Netgear states I'm out of my support window. Is there any suggestions on how to fix this thing?
