Sudden Loss of Ethernet Ports C7000-100NAS

Hello Everyone,

Roughly two days ago, my connection suddely dropped on my PS4 and computer roughly simultaneously (only two ethernet wired devices), while every wireless device continued to function. I didn't notice the internet drop on the PS4 for a few hours as I tried to troubleshoot the computer...and then realized the PS4 was down, which made the router/modem the common problem. The green lights next to the ethernet ports do not light up and in the Show Statistics screen under Advanced Home/Internet Port it shows all Lan connections as Link Down.

I have no ideas on how to fix this.

Hello Chickeninferno

Did you try the other 2 ports?

Yes I did. I also performed several factory resets from the software as well as the hard reset with the button on the back.

You may want to contact support if the modem is still under warranty.
