Unable to Get into Router Settings to change Ghz Setting

Attached is the error I got. I don't know what's going on. All I did was update the software because the update popped up.

The reason I am trying to change the Ghz setting is because my security cameras I just bought said they do not work on 5ghz network.

It's a CM1200... I guess the form didn't save it and I can't edit my original post?

That's a cable modem. No router in there. So no wifi, or GHz, involved.

CM1200 | Product | Support | NETGEAR

It usually sits in front of a router that does the wifi stuff.
