Yes, I checked all the connections. I used a brand new RG6 cable. The old modem I pulled was working this morning and now neither will connect which leads me to believe the issue lies on Xfinity's end somewhere. I chatted with support and wasn't able to get anywhere. I scheduled a tech to come out on Monday afternoon to check things out, but support reached out again and insists on trying to handle this over the phone. I'm tired of doing the "check the cables, reboot the modem, try this, etc" dance. I just want it to work.Here are the results of my CAX80's diagnostics. Is there anything here that would make it worth my time to try their phone support again? Otherwise, I'll just deal until the tech can come out on Monday. It's also worth mentioning that Xfinity's activation portal says that it can't connect to my modem after attempting to for 11 minutes.
