Understanding router logs
I am reviewing my log and have a few questions:
1). DHCP to MAC address entry appears 5 times within minutes- is this normal? Identical ips and Macs.
2). DHCP to MAC address of default gateway shows Jan 1 1970. Other log entries appear correct timed and date. Happens daily with the 1970 date. How can I fix?
3). DHCP to MAC address - I don’t recognize MAC address. I looked up online and indicates netgear. Yet it is not the MAC address of my router. ? Situations where this occurs?
4) Dos Attack Ping of Death from 77.128.848.0. Target 157.202.62.46 .0 This had 46 attempts.
Not my IP address of my device. I was updating iPhone and saw the IP address change to this address on the device list. I disconnected from WiFi. Any insights?
Any help is appreciated.
