Very high ping on C6300

I have noticed I am receiving high ping rates, no matter what external IP I use I am always getting >100ms ping. Even when I use traceroute, the first external address I contact shows >45ms. If I reboot my router it drops down to 10-15ms, but only for about an hour then it jumps back up.

Example Tracert:

1     4 ms        2 ms        1 ms        192.168.0.1
2     46 ms      48 ms      57 ms      xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (External)

Any ideas?

You may want to contact your ISP about that sounds like some bad routing happening.
