Website white screen
When trying to login to my Nighthawk CAX30 router via http://routerlogin.net, after successfully entering my user name and password, all I get is a white screen (see attachment); no tabs, no menus, nothing. I have logged in to the website several times recently with no problem. Why now?

First of all it is not a web site. It is a web page that resides on your router.
You might need to clear the cache and web browser cookies on your computer.
If that does not work, try a different web browser. Maybe Firefox or Edge.

Pardon me for not knowing that when I enter an address into my browser it goes to a page "residing on [my] router" instead of on the web.
I have cleared my cache and all my web browser cookies, and I have tried logging in using MS (Microsoft) Edge, and I still get a white screen.
Along with Kitsap you can try a different pc. Could be a device specific issue

Tried logging in from another PC- no difference; still just a white screen.
Is the CAX working? are you able to get online?
did you try simply factory resetting it?

SOLVED/SOLUTION to white blank screen when using 192.168.1.1 to login into Netgear Nighthawk AC1750 vR6400v2 Wifi router. (All the LED lights were normal.)
I got the white blank screen when using a Windows 10 Home (OS build: 19045.5371) PC having the latest updates (Feb 10, 2025). But was able to login in normally using an older version of Windows 10 Home (OS build: 16299.125) on a laptop. Windows 7 should work as well. Apparently, newer Windows and/or Java updates caused the problem.
After successfully login into the router, I was able to update its firmware to the latest version. Afterwards, I was able to use 192.168.1.1 to login into the router using my Windows 10 Home PC having the latest Windows OS updates (which I couldn't do before).
Logged in using an Ethernet cable connection. Ethernet adapter was set to DHCP.
Someone else had the EXACT same issue, resulting in a white blank screen:
"ipconfig shows that my default gateway is 192.168.1.1
Going to 192.168.1.1 produces the following address:
http://192.168.1.1/start.htm?y7bRbp=rE0du53wZOWwGZeDa6baJndCTzlSWg4o5Juv4_0MNPXOTsTzBKi_VmbgOwa9GIAs..."I spend about 4 hours trying different things, but the Good Lord Jesus, put it into my mind to try an older version of Windows. I hope this helps others! 🙂
