c7000v2 ssid reset randomly?
out of nowhere my SSID on my c7000v2 reset back to the factory listed names. Any idea why this would happen? Ive found articles on firmware updates doing this but i just want to make sure.
Thanks

That won't apply to you, unless it is something that your ISP did. Only they can do anything to your firmware.
Your issue might be best addressed in the appropriate section.
Just another user.
My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V

Re: c7000v2 ssid reset randomly?
I've seen devices set back to factory after a power fluctuation or a push from an ISP. sadly as @michaelkenward says, its nothing the user can control.
I'd just make sure to have a backup in case it happens again so you can recover a little quicker.
Current setup: CAX80->Trendnet TEG-S380->GS716T-> RBK752->pi-hole
