Aircard 313U Installer won't run on Mac OS Big Sur
We have been running an Aircard 313U (Telus) on my Mac for a few years and haven't had any issues. I recently updated my Mac to Big Sur, and the Aircard Watcher software stopped running. We tried updating from in the software-it wouldn't work. We uninstalled the software and tried to re-run the Installer package and it tells me the "Firmware Update" needs to be updated and to contact the developer to update it. We tried downloading and running Generic_Mac_Watcher_B3468_ENG2.dmg for Mac from the Netgear page "Aircard313U (All others)", and it tells me "This package is incompatible with this verision of MacOS".
Is there a solution for this, or do I need to figure out how to contact Netgear? Their "Contact Us" support page is terrible and doesn't even look like it has a category for what I am looking for, and just sends me aorund in circles.
