Best antenna for using Nighthawk M5 in a van??

Planning on using my M5 in my campervan. Looking for an external antenna solution (assuming its going to deliver benefits) to fix to the roof of my van.

I'm not particularly technical and i've notices that some external antennas have 5 cables whereas the M5 only has 2 TS9 connectors, so assuming they're not going to work effectively.

Would welcome any thoughts or experieinces.
