Can't update?

Hi all!

I'm trying to upgrade or downgrade my Smart Cradle but couldn't do so! I always get an error message for some reason? My Cradle is always on a restart loop and I want to fix that.

I was wondering if there's a place to download firmwares manually? I googled the web and searched NetGear's website with no luck.

Hello moe85

The firmware comes from the ISP if you got it through them. If not you may want to contact support if the unit is still under warranty.
