Cannot register MR1100 serial number
I'm faced with an interesting dilemma. I tried to register my new MR1100 tied to ATT bought from Best Buy online. The serial number which can be found inside behind the battery is not accepted by the website. You cannot open a support issue without having a registered device. The problem I am having is that I cannot register the device using the serial number, so how am I supposed to open a support issue that the serial number is not being accepted? I called and and an issue was closed the same day with information on how to use my device, and no mention about what I was complaining about. Netgear support is very disappointing.
