Changing the carrier on an MR5200
Hi,I just purchased an MR5200 mobile router and I cant get it to change carrier networks from AT&T to T-Mobile. Any help would be appreciated

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Mobile Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with mobile routers and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Please advise what T-Mo plan you are using. Recently, we found out that some T-Mo promotion plans will not work with M5 since these plans usually tied to certain devices. Please contact T-Mo to change your plan. If you get the T-Mo SIM for their BYOD mobile hotspot plan, it will work with M5.
