How do you secure a NETGEAR 4G LTE Modem?

How do you secure a LM1200 4G LTE Modem? I'm looking to set one up at a non-profit location with no other way to access the internet but I need to secure the access point to only volunteers, not the general public. I'm thinking of just adding a separate wireless modem but lookin for some input.
