LB1120 amber power light turns on for a few seconds and then turns off.

Yesterday there was a voltage drop, the LB1120 in Entel Chile stopped working. I turned it off and unplugged. Subsequently the voltage was normalized, I made it work, amber power light turns on for a few seconds, does not detect mobile broadband signal and then turns off.
