LM1200 dropping ethernet connection

I just got my LM1200 today.  Verizon cell service.  The LM1200 drops the ethernet connection about once every minute.  It doesn't matter if I am directly connected to the LM1200 with my PC or if I connect my router.  Either way, the ethernet connection drops and after several seconds it is restored.   The cell connection appears to be staying on.

I made sure the software was updated, but it still drops the connection.   The unit is in Bridge mode.  I was hoping to keep it that way.  Are there any ethernet settings in the LM1200 that need to be changed so that it will maintain a stable connection?

I would return it.  This is a known issue and unfortunately there is no fix for it.
