M5 mr5100 Only works on external antenna

M5 mr5100 Only works on external antenna If it is disconnected from the external antenna, it does not work and a message appears mobile broadband disconnected It was working before and there were no problems, but after connecting and disconnecting the external antenna, this problem appeared

  • I've seen 2x other instances of this where users attached external antennas and after that, they internals didn't work. 

    Maybe JohnPeng knows something about it or this might help be aware of the issue.

    Please provide the following information:

     

    1. Device SKU. The device SKU can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label which should indicate MR5200-xxxxxx.

     

    2. Firmware version.

     

    3. Who is your LTE provider?

     

    4. Please describe the signal strength icon on the device Home Screen when the external antenna is connected and not connected.

     

    5. Kindly access M5 Web UI and provide Signal Quality value. Go to Settings > Nighthawk M5 Status. Please provide the RSRP, RSRQ and RSNR value while the External antenna is unplugged.

     

    6. Type of external antenna used (Model number, Brand)

     

    7. Can you please let us know what troubleshooting you've tried?
