MR5200-100EUS wont connect to network
Hi,
My Netgear MR5200-100EUS _04.02.196.00 will not connect to the network. Stuck in searching for carrier.
I have tested with SIM cards from two different providers. SIM cards work fine on mobiles and Netgear Aircard 810S.
Details of my Nighthawk M5
Hardware version 1.2
Firmware version NTGX55_12.04.17.00
Firmware built date 2023/03/01
Modem version MPSS.HI.2.0c3.5-00010-SDXX55_CPEALL_PACK-10403198.3
Device has been factory reset a coupe of times, but no luck.
It has worked fine in the past, though the firmware has never really been stable. I suspect the issue is with the firmware. Is there a repository to upgrade or down grade firmware somewhere? I also have a ticket opened with Netgear support, where Netgear engineer responded they will definitely get back. However after nearly 2 months, still waiting.
Can someone please help solve this issue???
Thanks
