MR6550 Won't Connect to Verizon 5G UW
Just purchased a MR6550 solely for the 5G connection to Verizon. I am unable to get the MR6550 to connect to the Verizon 5G network (no 4G+, 5G, or 5G UW), despite being in a Verizon 5G coverage area, having the MR6550 on a Verizon Hotspot plan w/ 5G enabled, and calling Verizon who says there are no issues on their side and everything is provisioned correctly. The MR6550 is able to connect and operate on the Verizon 4G LTE network just fine. MR6550 is running firmware NTGX65_12.01.47.00 and PRI 04.11
Any ideas?
