Mr5200 don't see any network
Hello i buy my router a few years ago and one day the router don't see the network but see it only with an external antenna
there is a solution or the internal antenna is dead ?

Please provide the following information:
1. Device SKU. The device SKU can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label which should indicate MR5200-xxxxxx.
2. Firmware version.
3. Who is your LTE provider?
4. Please describe the signal strength icon on the device Home Screen while the external antenna is connected and not connected.
5. Kindly access M5 Web UI and provide Signal Quality value. Go to Settings > Nighthawk M5 Status. Please provide the RSRP, RSRQ and RSNR value while the External antenna is unplugged.
6. Type of external antenna used (Model number, Brand)
7. Can you please let us know what troubleshooting you've tried?
