NightHawk M6 Pro not showing up in Wifi menu

Hey guys,

I bought a refurbished Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro from Amazon, connected it with my ATT via a chip, and it was working great for the first week. 

Out of nowhere, now the WIFI I named it doesn't show up in my Wifi dropdown on my laptop (Microsoft Surface) or my iphone anymore. The hotspot itself has connection ( I confirmed with ATT support), I've renamed the wifi, reset it to factory setttings, restarted laptop and nighthawk several times, tired everything I could think of. I even bought a ethernet to USB-C connector to manually connect the hotspot with ethernet cable directly to my laptop and it still doesn't connect to internet. 

Any idea why this happened? If it was a faulty internal antenna it should have connected when I wired it... so im dumbfounded here. I have full bars of service on the netgear.  THANKS IN ADVANCE
