Nighthawk M1 (Use Ethernet Internet BEFORE Sim Card Data)

Hi I plan on taking this travelling and I would like to use this with a sim card and access with wifi AND i would like to plug in a hotel room ethernet internet access and then access the M1 via wifi.  

Can I configure this product so that it if ethernet internet is connected it uses that as the primary source of wifi access and ignores the sim card?
