Nighthawk M1 onboard boat

Hi,

I am thinking of putting a Nighthawk M1 in my boat. My carrier does not have an unlimited plan here in Sweden and the data plan does not roam in Finland.

My question is, does the Nighthawk M1 theter to an other WiFi? When in port I would like to be able to connect the router to the shore WiFi and still use the router WiFi and put the 4G to rest.

I.e. use the 2.4 Ghz to connect to boat club WiFi and use the 5 Ghz for the boat Wifi.
