Nighthawk M2 as backup-modem to my RBR863
I was wondering if it is possible to add my Nighthawk M2 Mifi router to an excisting lay-out as a sort of back-up when the 'landline' isnt working.
current setup:
Modem -wired connection- RBR860 -wired connection- RBS860 (2satellites)
Can i use the second WAN port on the RBR860 to make a wired connection to the Nighthawk M2 as a failsafe?
Thanx in advance

Sadly no. the 8 series doesn't support dual wan/failover. That's what you'd need to accomplish what you're trying

The RBR860 product has a single 10G WAN port (not two). See the Product Data Sheet:

Netgear's Orbi routers do not have the ability to use two WAN connections. There are routers with this capability from other vendors. For example, Ubiquiti's Edge Router series has this feature.
