Nighthawk M2 continuous operation with permanent USB connection

Dear Netgear Community,

We use our Nighthawk M2 (MR2100) as a router in the motorhome, in continuous operation with the battery removed and a permanent USB connection.

Unfortunately, when switching it on, the warning "No battery" is always displayed, and that e.g. Jump Boost is not working, which is annoying because you have to click it away to come to the Home Screen.

Does anyone know how to prevent this and which settings are recommended for continuous operation via the USB power supply?

Don't know if the M2 does have similar USB power requirements as explained earlier for e.g. the M6 Pro here.

Convinced @JohnPeng will join this discussion soon, time permitting.

Always displaying "No Battery" is a UI issue. We should not display it when the device is operating in NBO mode.

As for Jump Boost, it is not available when no battery is used. The feature is the same as you use a power bank. The USB power connected to M2 can't charge the other device with Jump Boost.

Thanks
