Nighthawk M2 super slow

Hey there ,

I have both the nighthawk m1 and m2 and have had no luck getting decent speeds with the m2. Currently getting a download speed of 20kbs. The M1 does a lot better with around 100mbs. These devices can be placed in the exact same location and have the same service bars.

Can anyone tell me how to improve the M2 speeds. It’s extremely frustrating.

    Please advise the SKU name of your MR2100: MR2100-xxxxxx.

    Hi, I saw this post and have the same problem. Really slow speeds in a good 4G area. Have talked to providers techs but no joy. Download speeds of 1-2 Mpbs normally, a good day is up to 5Mbps. Not a tech person so would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

      May we please know the device SKU (MR2100-xxxx) and firmware version? 

      Kindly check WiFi interference by powering the MR2100 off and on to find a better WiFi channel.
