Nighthawk M6 Pro Unlocked Hotspot 5G mmWave

Nighthawk MR6150 Port Forwarding does not appear to be working.

I have a webserver that I need to be accessible from the outside world. I have tried adding port forwarding rules on port 80 and 443 but I am still not able to access from outside my network (or inside for that matter except from the webserver itself or by modifying the host file on another PC in network). I tried IP passthrough to a more conventional (Netgear WNR1000) router I had lying around and doing the port forwarding on that with the same result.
