What is MYSIMPLELINK connected to my Router?
I have an unknown device showing in my Genie that is called MYSIMPLELINK and I would like to know if I should block it and if so, HOW? I have tried to block it, but it is still showing up.
SOLVED: MYSIMPLELINK tends to be wifi cameras or doorbells. Add additional Router Security with NETGEAR Armor -Editor
I have a feeling its part of the ring doorbell.

Ring and blink are both owned by amazon.

Yes, but it shows on the device list as well.
More than 1 camera or a sync module like blink has?
- NagejaInitiateIf you see mysimplelink on your WiFi it's part of the Ring video doorbell system but it's actually the Wireless Chime. So you should have the Video Doorbell and The Wireless Chime in the WiFi list.
You can go into the Ring app and go to device health and it will give you the MAC address and use that to identify which device is what.
Then label it in you router.
The Doorbell I put - Ring Video Doorbell.
The Chime I put - Ring Video Doorbell Chime.
Always remember to cross check MAC addresses.
