What is MYSIMPLELINK connected to my Router?

I have an unknown device showing in my Genie that is called MYSIMPLELINK and I would like to know if I should block it and if so, HOW? I have tried to block it, but it is still showing up. SOL...

do you have any wifi camera's, video doorbells, etc?

MYSIMPLELINK tends to be wifi cameras or doorbells.

Yes, but it shows on the device list as well.
