lax20 using a sim card how do i setup remote viewing

I have a LAX20 router using a 4G sim card.  I do get internet on computer. having trouble setting up remote viewing of my cameras.  I have opened ports but still can not access them.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
