My device, after using the antenna, does not work without it. I have reset the factory a thousand times and it did not work. I have lost hope. It only works with the antenna.

I've seen a few other reports of the internal antenna not turning back on after using an external antenna.&nbsp;
Maybe&nbsp;JohnPeng&nbsp; knows a bit more about the issue
