Circle app doesn't do what it says happens

I have an Orbi router and the circle app is working on my phone.  When I go to pause a specific childs wifi access it shows that it is paused on the app but the childs device still connects.

Hi @Rtaddeo, does the issue persist on other devices that you try to pause as well? Have you tried putting the device in question to another profile?

Having this same issue. I've reset, I've moved to different profile. Heck I signed up for the full edition to see if that worked, nothing.

Not a single device will pause when I hit pause on the app, and it shows on the app it's paused.

Any help would be appreciated.

May you try reinstalling the app and/or rebooting the router.
