Circle as it keeps asking me for passcode which i never receive

Hi - have. new phone and can not get into Circle as it keeps asking me for. passcode which i never receive. Tried ll the other suggestions on circle help but without by luck.

Hi - i done a self fix on this.

1. on the netgear router settings turn off circle parental controls and “upgrade” to netgear parental controls
2. reboot router
3. Launch app and select parent controls
4. follow prompts

means you get rid of circle and can at least start again

All that doesn’t work. Circle is in the router i don’t have the app, as you need a passcode to progress, the app is linked to an old phone number i do t have and it’s impossible to reset circe on the Orbi router.

So frustrating
