Resetting Circle Admin Passcode

Hi,

I had the same problem as some other users. I set up Circle with my old, and now I couldn't received the passcode with my new phone. I did see the post by Christian but the system showed the user "retired".

Hope another support staff can help.

I have the same issue now, Christian did help me 2 years ago. Now I have new phone and I can't connect or reset.
Help me also if this goes anywhere
