need passcode for other parent to access

I have an Orbi RBR10 router with Circle subscription enabled.  

I have the Circle app installed on both my Android and iPhone.

My wife downloaded the Circle app. I verbally gave her the passcode found on my app, but constants fails.

I recall having a passcode issue several years ago and the only peculiar and inconvenient solution was to contact Christian with the required info.

Please advise, thanks.
