It's not. It's a cable modem+router. Visit
http://netgear.com/support , put in the model number, and look for
Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read.

If it doesn't have an Ethernet WAN/Internet port, then you can't
easily use it as a normal router.

"I can't" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, ...)
can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.
If it's working, then you should be able to talk to its management
web site. The User Manual shows how. If the usual steps fail, then you
might try resetting it. Look for "Factory Default Settings" in the User
Manual.
