Re: D7800 connecting to NBN
> I had an NBN box connected today [...]
Not a very detailed description of anything. "NBN" is a broad term,
covering multiple different ISPs using multiple different technologies.
"NBN box" is utterly meaningless. Maker? Nodel number? DSL?
Ethernet? Any useful information at all?
What, exactly, did you connect to what, exactly? (Hint: If a device
has different types of DSL/Ethernet ports, then"connected to device" is
not enough detail.)
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".
If you were previously using the D7800 in some different environment,
then a settings reset might help it to adjust automatically to its new
environment. Look for "Reset" in the User Manual.
