DGN2200v4. Will not recognise new IP address

How do I get my router to use a new IP address? I have changed the address in the basic and advanced settings but it is not working. I am based in Austrlaia and need the router to think I am based in the UK.

Thanks but I already have a VPN and a smart DNS. I have alaso done all the checks that they are running cooretly and all have come back OK. Any other suggestions as to what the problem might be?
